Do's and Don'ts

We Do :
  1. Respond to every application we receive within 5 working days.
  2. A phone or face to face interview with all individuals that we feel we can help.
  3. Provide you with feedback about your CV and your interview with us to give you some constructive comments to consider.
  4. Listen to what you say about the kind of role you would like to do next rather than “tell” you what job we think you should do next.
  5. Respond to all calls or e-mails from registered candidates within 48 hours.
  6. Follow up and take action over any complaint forthcoming from a registered candidate.
  7. Work like maniacs to try to find a new job for you.
  8. Tell you about all roles that might interest you.
  9. Celebrate with you when you are told the job’s yours.
  10. Keep in touch with you from time to time even when your job search has ended.
  11. Offer financial incentives to you for any candidates or clients you refer to us that leads to successfully filled roles.
  12. Welcome all feedback and suggestions on how we can keep improving our service.

 We Don’t :

  1. Ignore CV applications, phone calls or e-mails.
  2. Disregard everything you tell us in your interview and phone you about dozens of pointless job roles that ends up wasting everyone’s time.
  3. Pigeon-hole you based on where you currently work and ignore other sectors and job roles that your skills could transfer to.
  4. Stop putting opportunities to you if you say you’re not interested in the first few we discuss with you. We’ll appreciate your honesty and will strive to find suitable positions.
  5. Work with candidates who lie on their CV or in their interview.
  6. Like receiving negative feedback which is why we will do everything we can to provide you with an unforgettable customer experience.
