Using the “company search” box on the left of the screen, you can try to find companies that might be of interest to you. Select the industry that you’re interested in, the type of job roles you would consider, the size of business you’d like (optional) and how far the office is from your home (if you select the “home based” option then you will see all the companies that allow their people to work from home), press “Go” and your matches will be displayed.

When your search results are returned, simply click on the name of the company to view their full profile.

In order to apply to these organisations, you will need to have created a profile. Your profile and CV are then stored in a database that we provide to each client.

Please note, the more information you put in your profile, the greater your chances of success with the businesses you apply to. Clients can search for suitable candidates in their databases in a number of sophisticated ways but all are linked to the information available in the candidate profiles. Quite simply, the more detail you add, the more likely you are to appear in all relevant future searches.

When you first create a profile, we will provide you with a unique password which will allow you to access this at any time in future. You are free to alter, amend or add to your profile at any time and any changes you make can be automatically seen by companies that you have already applied to. The huge benefit in doing this regularly is that a change you make to your profile might suddenly make you ideal for a role that you had not been considered for previously. For example, details of a promotion, salary increase or change in role duties might make a target businesses decide to get in touch.

Any business you apply to can subsequently get in touch with you at any point in the future to talk to you about job opportunities that could be of interest.
